1. Brush Twice a Day
For optimal dental health, you should brush your teeth at least twice a day for at least 2 minutes. Brush at night before bed and at least one other time during the day, such as in the morning or after meals.
2. Brush Properly
You may be brushing your teeth enough, but you also need to ensure you brush your teeth using the proper technique to make sure they are clean and free of disease and cavities.
Brush for at least 2 minutes, holding the brush at a 45-degree angle to the gumline and moving the brush in circular movements, making sure to clean all surfaces, including the front, back, and top to remove plaque and debris.
